AstroDance to Perform in Baltimore, NYC, Rochester

AstroDance Dancer

RIT/NTID alumni in the Baltimore, New York City and Rochester areas will have an opportunity to experience performances by the RIT/NTID Dance Company in the coming months. RIT/NTID students and alumni Joseph Fox, Andrea Mariani, Nicole Hood, Nic Shaw and Antonietta Alfano, along with RIT students Leen Massillon and Jarlisa Corbett are touring the country with AstroDance. Thomas Warfield, NTID's assistant professor in the Cultural and Creative Studies Department, conceived, choreographed and directs the project, which recently performed in Washington, D.C. The project, a collaboration between NTID, RIT's College of Science and RIT’s B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, was funded with a grant from the National Science Foundation.
