It’s already week 6, which is pretty much past one-third of the way through the semester. A lot of people have exams and projects that they recently completed on week 5 so this week is a bit lighter on the workload for a lot of people. I just handed in two of them this week, and I have one more this Wednesday.
School is really busy these days but in a good way, it helps me stay focused, and I recently started playing rugby in the RIT club athletics. RIT has a lot to offer when it comes to athletics, intramurals, and clubs. There are over 200 clubs here! If you say you’re bored here, you’re doing something wrong because there’s always something going on, movie night on Thursdays in Ingle Auditorium, DVA every weekend, plus much more. Winters here may not be pleasant at times but that’s why they offer so much.
Freezefest is an awesome week of tons of events such as broom ball, a John Oliver performance, tons of free giveaways, etc. Last night all of the ambassadors met and had a fantastic meeting for two hours. We tackled many things, and had team building exercises, plus free food. Free food is always appealing to a college student! Anyway, I have to get back to work on this major project I’m working on for one of my classes.
