Getting involved!

This semester sure has been flying by! To be more involved on campus, I started working for College Activites Board (CAB) and it’s been an amazing experience thus far. Throughout the year we host activites and events for students, and the staff I work with are such wonderful people! Grabbed some free pizza after workšŸ˜‹

Waiting for the Mind Reader’s performance!

Until next time!

Enjoy every little momentĀ

ā€‹Everyone at one time or another can have a bad day or not be in a good mood. Sometimes that can make us not want to do anything. So what do I do? I look at the bright side, and try and enjoy every little moment. Those moments can become good memories that I can look back on and cherish. In this picture, my best friend (he is the one wearing glasses), my boyfriend and I decided to dress up to cheer me up. I am grateful to have these two people in my life. Thanks to them because they remind me to enjoy every little moment. Those little moments can make us forget that we are in a bad mood or having a bad day, and turn that day into a good day.

Best friendsĀ

It is nice to have best friends in your life. We need best friends to cheer each other up. Whenever I have a bad day or I am feeling low, I have my friends come over and we watch movies and eat pancakes. My friends know how to lift my spirits if I’m feeling down, and they are always there for me. I’ve made great new friends here in college who I know will always be there for me, and I know our friendships will last a lifetime:) <3

Dressing for success

Today, RIT hosted their biannual career fair for students and alumni, where there were over 250 employers! This is a great opportunity, especially for students whose majors like mine in mechanical engineering, have co-op/internship requirements. Fingers crossed I’ll hear back from some companies!

Until next time,

Grace
