Back At It!

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I think it’s safe to say that I had a rock solid summer. I spent it playing baseball for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (Maine) in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. I spent the entire summer traveling and playing with other college players from all over the country. It truly was a memorable summer, and I enjoyed every second of it. But the summer went by fast, and this semester is picking up some serious speed!

I’ve settled into a nice little routine of 6AM conditioning with the baseball team, then taking on a 15-credit academic workload and playing some fall baseball. I’m trying to get used to the new things, new buildings, and new faces on campus. Like I said before, one of my favorite things about RIT is that even though I’m a fourth year here, I still meet new people every day. However, the long busy days are making the semester go really fast! I’m enjoying every second of it, even though I had to spend some extra time in the library getting ahead in school. Speaking of libraries…I’m sitting in the library writing this! Time to get back at it. Hope you all have a wonderful fall!

Flamingo out.
