I know I can get stressed by a lot of things like school, work, relationships, etc. So for me I have to stop for a moment and enjoy the little things. Little things can be very precious and memorable…like going to DSP’s event called broomball with friends that I love and care about. I have fun playing the game and being in the moment without thinking or worrying about anything else. Being mindful in the moment and enjoying the little things helps me from stressing out.
