Leisa Boling Leisa R. Boling, MS and ASLTA Certified at the Professional Level. Leisa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of American Sign Language and Interpreting Education at NTID. Since 1992, she has also taught ASL in various Continuing Education programs and for NTID'S Deaf Studies and Master of Science in Secondary Education Programs.
