Why did you pick RIT/NTID? I picked RIT for many reasons. I knew RIT was the school for me once I got that home-like feeling walking onto campus for the first time. Not only did I choose RIT for its excellent ice hockey program, but also for the collge’s well-known reputation. One of the main reasons I choose RIT was for the unbelievable resources I have acquired from RIT/NTID. Being an ice hockey player who is hearing impaired has allowed me to embrace my blessings in disguise and be who I am, and with that, it has made me forever grateful.

Hobbies/ interest outside of activities: I like to just take advantage of my down time or explore outside.

What is the best part about being here as RIT/NTID student athlete? That we are all a part of the same school, there is no separation from one another. We are all respected equally.

Favorite on-campus food spot: Brick City for breakfast.

Where do you do your homework? I do my homework upstairs at the rink.

What’s your life motto? “Everything happens for a reason.”
