C-Print Products
The C-Print Pro software is used by C-Print captionists to assist in providing access to spoken information in real time. Available features of the software include: use of the C-Print abbreviation system to input text from keyboard typing; use of automatic speech recognition (ASR) to input text from voice; a choice of individual screen preferences; networking capabilities (TCP/IP); two-way communication; and notetaking tools.
Two applications are available, the Server and the Client.
Server: The C-Print Pro Server software is used by captionists providing speech-to-text services. It is available in Standard and Enhanced editions. Both include the keyboard-based abbreviation system. The Enhanced edition includes ASR technology for voice input.
Client: The C-Print Pro Client software is used by students or other individuals accessing text from the Server via a second computer. It displays text output from the Server and has notetaking features for the student or other users.
Both the Server and Client applications have networking and remote communication capabilities.
