"When I was younger, on the Discovery Channel I saw a television show about a 14 year old girl in Egypt who was an architect and I said that’s what I wanted to do, too. Now, I am a second year computer-aided drafting technology major at NTID. I received a scholarship here that is really helping me focus on my education and I am very motivated to do well. It’s really helping me achieve the goals I have set for myself.

"I enjoy my major and would like to work for a car manufacturing company when I graduate, maybe Toyota because I like that brand. I want to be an example for other women to show women can do it."
