The Laboratory Science Technology program is accredited by the American Chemical Society.
If you’re interested in doing scientific analysis and lab work in chemical, biological, biotechnical, pharmaceutical, environmental, forensic, food or industrial fields, then RIT/NTID’s Laboratory Science Technology (LST) program is for you. LST will open doors to careers that use advanced technology in the field of science.
If a science career is part of your plan for the future, then you need the best education you can find, and RIT/NTID is the place to get it. The advances and new discoveries made in science make this a very exciting time to be a student in the RIT/NTID Laboratory Science Technology program.
You will study in laboratory settings with experienced faculty and learn to use state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for scientific analysis. Our advanced, high-tech analytical instrumentation is equivalent to that used by scientists on the job. You get hands-on experience using this instrumentation daily.
If you have any questions about our programs or courses, feel free to contact Professor Todd Pagano. You won’t find another university in the world with faculty and staff members more committed to helping you succeed than those here at RIT.
