Deaf and hard-of-hearing students at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) who are enrolled RIT’s College of Applied Science and Technology, College of Engineering, College of Science, or the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) receive academic advising, notetaking, and tutoring services through the NTID’s Department of Science and Engineering Support (DSES). DSES faculty and staff also can assist students in obtaining interpreting and career counseling services.
