Counseling services are tailored to provide students with assistance and support in a variety of different ways, which include:
- Individual personal counseling —adjustment to college, social/relationship concerns, academic problems, roommate concerns;
- Career development counseling —determine choice of career, career interest testing, career planning;
- Academic advising —course planning and selection;
- Academic counseling —study skills development, time management, learning styles;
- Consultation with faculty and staff concerning student issues—challenges with coursework, and special learning needs.
