Dr. Eleanor Rosenfield serves as the Associate Dean for Student and Academic Services at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.  With more than 30 years of experience serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students in various capacities at RIT, Rosenfield focuses her energies on promoting student success.

 

She earned her B.S. in elementary education from Ohio State University, an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel and Counseling from Indiana University, and an Ed.D. in higher education from the University of Rochester.
