Note: The online and CD versions of the ASL Video Dictionary and Inflection Guide are identical. The format is the only difference.
Site licenses
Site licenses for educational and not-for-profit organizations are available for both CD and online versions, and have significant discounts off the single unit price of the online version ($39.99) and the CD ($50).
A site license includes permission for the online version login info to be shared; or for the CD to be copied to a specified number of computers or loaded onto a server for multiple access. For the online version, the site license would be good for one year, after which it would have to be renewed for the same one year price. The CD site license does not expire.
1-5 concurrent users: 30% discount
6-10 concurrent users: 50% discount
11 or more concurrent users: 60% discount
For example, an online site license for 15 users would cost:
$39.99 x 15 x 40% = $239.94 (vs. $599.85 for 15 individual subscriptions)
For the CD site license:
$50 x 15 x 40% - $300 (vs. $750 for 15 individual CDs)
Remember that this is for concurrent users; how many people you’d expect to be using it at any one time, not the number of computers that would have access to it.
