Computer Integrated Machining Technology

CIMTThe Computer Integrated Machining Technology program will prepare you for a career in a variety of settings, including manufacturing and metalworking industries, engineering, engineering research firms, or in the precision optic manufacturing industry. This program prepares you for immediate employment upon graduation.

Graduates of the CIMT program are well prepared for jobs such as computer numerical control operator or CNC programmer trainee, or they may specialize as tool and die makers, instrument makers, mold makers, pattern makers, model makers, or machinists in both the precision machining and precision optics manufacturing industries.
