NTID's Coffee Chats are one-hour presentations by our talented faculty/staff who have volunteered their time to chat with our students on a variety of topics. Come join us each Friday, 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., at Ellie's Place in the Student Development Center for hot coffee/hot chocolate, treats and great conversation!

Did you know that the "NEW SIS" registration system will 'go live' this spring quarter? That means that students, faculty, chairs and academic advisors will be using the new registration system to register for both summer and next fall quarter classes. This new system (PeopleSoft from Oracle) is very powerful and very different from what we are all used to in the current SIS system. Also, the entire Institute is furiously working on the changes that will make moving from quarters to the new semester system in the fall of 2013. Come learn about the new systems and challenges we will all face as we prepare for these important and significant changes
