RIT/NTID offers students access to more than 200 programs in the colleges
of Applied Science and Technology, Business, Computing and Information Sciences,
Engineering, Imaging Arts and Sciences, Liberal Arts, and Science. The university
regularly creates new programs and evaluates and modifies existing ones to meet
the needs of the changing global marketplace. Each student's goals and abilities
are matched to a course of instruction that will prepare him or her for a
rewarding career. The U.S. News and World Reports list of Best Colleges of
2003 ranks RIT #7 on the list of colleges in the northern U.S. offering master's
