The NTID Center on Employment (NCE) has two main goals:

  • To help deaf and hard-of-hearing RIT/NTID students and graduates with their job search.
  • To provide employers with well-trained, highly qualified deaf and hard-of-hearing employees, and, as necessary, to provide guidance integrating employees with hearing loss into the workforce.

Here on campus, the NCE staff provides a number of services for you before and during your co-op job search — and after you are hired. And, outside of campus, NCE staff network with employers around the country to develop job opportunities for you. Just connect with your employment advisor to start the job search process.
