Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Test Technician.  We would prefer at least 2-3 years of experience trouble-shooting to the component level and excellent problem solving skills.

Job Description:

• Test complex printed circuit boards and electronic test equipment
• Must be able to trouble shoot digital and analog PCBs to the component level
• Operate electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, function generators, power supplies and other special test equipment
• Perform data entry to document work
• Work with Test Engineers and other technicians to work on a variety of products
• Train less senior to technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory, and other documentation
• Recommend process improvements to prevent PCB failures

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• AA in electronics or equivalent education
• Three years experience trouble-shooting PCBs
• Experience component-level testing
• Ability to use MS windows software
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Must be able to effectively communicate with peers and management
