Gabrielle Nocciolino is the founder and coordinator for the Performing Arts Program at the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, Texas. She serves annually as the Director for all TSD productions from grades 6-12. In addition to program responsibilities, Miss Nocciolino also teaches Theatre Arts.

After graduating from RIT with her Bachelors in American Sign Language Interpreting Education she began her career as an Interpreter with the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Department of Access Services before earning her Masters of Science in Secondary Education degree, including a concentration in Theatre Arts. She is a two-time recipient of RIT’s Outstanding Graduate Award for both NTID’s ASLIE and MSSE programs.

Originally from Binghamton, New York, Gabrielle is a past member of the NTID Alumni Association Board of Directors and the first representative from both of her graduating programs to serve on the board. Additionally, she serves on a number of TSD school wide committees including District Advisory Committee; School Health Advisory Committee; Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network Committee.
