Application Requirements
To be considered for this fellowship, applicants must
- Be a U. S. Citizen.
- Have a 70 decibel or greater hearing loss in the better ear, unaided.
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited postsecondary institution.
- Be accepted into an eligible program of study at RIT.
- Submit application materials by March 30th for admission the following fall.

Required Application Materials
Here's a handy checklist to help you make sure you've got everything you need to apply.
- A completed Applicant Information Form
- A copy of your application for graduate admission to NTID or your acceptance letter for a graduate program at RIT
- Your resume containing employment history and/or related experience
- A one-page explanation of why you wish to be considered for this program
- An RIT/NTID Audiological Form completed by you and your audiologist
- A completed Release of Information Form
- Two Recommendation Forms completed by people of your choice
- An official copy of your transcript form mailed directly from the Registrar’s office.
