RIT is pleased to offer this free workshop to the parents of 7th-10th grade deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
Admissions staff will educate and provide parents with the tools to help guide their students through middle school and high school to successfully prepare them for college.
Topics covered include how to:
- Meet the English literary requirements for college admissions
- Prepare for standardized admissions testing(PSAT,SAT,ACT)
- Start the college search process
- Finance a college education
- Identify the right high school curriculum for various types of degrees and majors
