Lodging

We will cover hotel and meal expenses for students and their chaperones (approximately one chaperone for every 3-4 students). Additional guests are welcome, but will need to pay their own hotel and meal expenses. For more details, please contact us.

Friday, March 26 – Check In: You can check in at the hotel between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. before you register at the science fair, or you can check into the hotel after registering at the science fair.

Sunday, March 28 – Check Out: You need to check out of the hotel by 10:00 a.m.

Registration

• Please arrive by 4:30 p.m. at the NTID Student Development Center, Building 55, Room 1300/1310 on the RIT campus (map included). You will need to register and set up your science fair display between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Science Fair Setup

• Don’t forget to bring your science fair exhibit and project journal/scientific notebook/log.
• If you have materials to display for your project, please bring your own display board for posting project information.
