Shelley is responsible for implementing a program of marketing research, focusing on external markets of NTID, to aid in the college’s strategic decision making. In addition to her research activities, Shelley also oversees the institute’s database maintenance and mailing list generation related to several key constituent groups. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in Market Research and Management Information Systems, both from RIT. Shelley began working for the university in 1996 and joined the NTID team in 1999. Loves shopping and escaping to the beach.
